Upon your initial contact with us we will send you a health questionnaire and personal history registration as well as a letter of welcome. When you arrive we will discuss your insurance information if necessary, and answer any pertinent questions that you may have regarding treatment.
Your presenting dental health will dictate whether you are first seen by Dr. Fahey or one of our dental hygienists. If there is an immediate problem it will be addressed by Dr. Fahey; otherwise you will be scheduled for a comprehensive evaluation, complete series of radiographs and, occasionally, impressions for models of your teeth. A dental prophylaxis will be performed by one of our dental hygienists and may or may not be completed at this appointment, depending on your periodontal health status.
